PRIVATE COACHING

PRIVATE 1-ON-1 STRENGTHS-BASED COACHING (5 Weeks) - $325

Five weeks of 1-on-1 coaching where we will assess your current health status and signature character strengths, prioritize wellness goals, and develop a meal plan & supplement routine. After the initial consultation, the 5 coaching sessions will take place weekly on the phone (1 hr each), during which we will discuss wellness education topics, evaluate progress, Q&A, and setup a 7-day meal plan. Character strengths development activities and some inner-work are assigned weekly as well. Includes coaching support throughout the month, a guided whole foods cleanse, & a workbook binder mailed to you with a food list, printed recipes, and meal planning resources. Personal supplement package purchased separately.

MEAL PLAN & SUPPLEMENT ROUTINE (One-time Setup) - $125

During a private consultation, I will gather information about your health challenges and goals. In the next session, I will educate you on which key superfoods & supplements may be helpful in achieving your goals, as well as how to combine food groups as we set up a 7-day meal plan for you to follow on your own. Personal supplement package purchased separately.

As a follow-up to either of the courses, or private coaching, this is an option for an additional month of follow-up coaching support. USING STRENGTHS TO BUST STRESS  

Stress affects each one of us, and we know it’s harmful for physical and mental health. We can use stress-management techniques like breathing or yoga/exercise to minimize the negative effects of stress, but what about learning a new approach that can actually shift your perspective on stress and help you become more resilient and prevent stress in the first place? Connecting with your unique character strengths can do just that. Character strengths are the positive personality traits/virtues within us that drive our thinking, feeling, and behaving in ways that can benefit ourselves and others. When we are aware of our core strengths and create opportunities to use them more frequently, we are happier and more engaged. Come learn what your unique top 5 character strengths are and how to use them to your advantage when faced with stress!

BRAIN FOOD

We all want to feel our best, perform our best, and enjoy our lives but sometimes we feel stuck, held back, or too tired. The brain is the command center of our bodies, and if we don’t give the brain the nutrients it needs to thrive, our physical and mental health can suffer along with our waist size. There’s an important connection between the food you eat/the way you live your life, and the overall function of your brain. The choices you make today impact the state of your brain functioning 30 years from now. You’ll learn about the foods/habits that shrink the brain and zap its functions versus the foods/habits that act like miracle grow to create new brain cells and connections and light up the brain. Digestive health and weight management tips are provided, as well as some brain-boosting recipes!

LOW-GLYCEMIC EATING OVERVIEW

The way you combine macronutrients (protein, fat, and carbs) can make or break blood sugar levels. Using the principles of low-glycemic eating, energy and blood sugar follow gentle and natural curves all day long. Come learn the difference between high-glycemic and low-glycemic eating, identify healthier 'swaps' for your favorite ingredients, and learn about the conditions in which the body is able to burn (instead of store) fat. Implications of gut-brain health and weight management are discussed. Recipes included!
